Ronald has over twenty-five years of business development, sales, and project management experience. Prior to joining PTS, he was responsible for business development and sales in seventeen western states for Wavetek. He also has many years of project management and engineering experience from Fluor and Bechtel.

A professional engineer by trade, Ronald is a member of the Board of Directors of the Western Council of Construction Consumers (WCCC). The WCCC is an organization that represents the infrastructure industries; both the owners and operators of California’s infrastructure and all the engineering firms that perform the infrastructure work.
